Jenna Bidwell joined Carlson Dettmann Consulting (CDC) as a Consultant in 2014. Jenna brings over 13 years of human resources experience specializing in K-12 and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach. Her various skills bridge from the technical expertise of developing compensation plans to the interpersonal of employee engagement and performance management. Jenna holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Arts and Human Resources Management.
