Brian P. Goodman is a partner and a member of the labor and employment, municipal, and school law practice groups of Boardman Clark. He assists employers with a wide range of legal issues including, hiring, discipline, terminations, leave issues under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), accommodation issues under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and many other day-to-day matters. Mr. Goodman is a frequent writer, presenter, and trainer on employment law matters.
Emmerson Mirus
Emmerson Mirus is an associate attorney with Boardman Clark LLP, where she practices labor and employment law, litigation, and immigration law. She advises employers on workplace compliance, employee relations, accommodations, discrimination and harassment issues, and employment litigation. Emmerson also focuses on the rapidly evolving intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and the workplace.
