In this session, Lisa Schaefer will help you tap into two powerful leadership practices that transform workplaces:

Leading with Emotional Intelligence - Learn how to truly connect with others by understanding your own emotions and recognizing the emotions of those around you. Discover how empathy, self-awareness, and trust can shift the energy of your team and inspire people to bring their best selves to work.

Coaching and Developing Employees – Move from managing tasks to growing people. Lisa will share simple, practical ways to have better conversations, set expectations with clarity, and build confidence in your employees so they take ownership of their growth.

You'll walk away with strategies you can use immediately-because leadership isn't about having all the answers, it's about creating space where others can SHINE.
